The Redwood & Hyperion Suites features an event facility that may be customized for your next conference, club meeting, private party or ceremony. The inviting arbor covered entry is graced by a waterfall and lush landscaping that is both peaceful and impressive. Our handsomely appointed event room will accommodate up to 70 persons and will seat 30 in a banquet or conference table arrangement. Seating and tables are provided as well as a flat screen tv with multimedia connections that allow for computer generated presentations. Internet service is also provided at no charge.
Our event room provides the perfect setting for your next office meeting or conference. Traveling for business? Don’t miss an important meeting while on the road. Our business travelers our welcome to free time in our event room for their teleconference needs. Are you a non-profit organization? We offer special discounted rates for charity events and fundraisers.
Ice water, tea and coffee service are readily available. For a more lavish affair we offer our Event Planning services. We’ll assign one of our knowledgeable staff members to coordinate your event with you to make sure you have a successful one. [We'll coordinate arrival time and cleanup with the caterer, florist, bakery and any other vendor you may have; we can also recommend some great ones if needed. Our beautiful grounds make an amazing backdrop for any outside ceremony followed by a small reception in our event room.
Order up some pizzas, rent a bouncy house, bring in your favorite movie, have a board game night; there's a variety of ways we can help you plan your next birthday party. You bring the cake and we'll handle the cleanup!
